Randi is from Hortonville where she was a two-sport athlete in softball and basketball. She played travel softball from 12U-18U, spending many weekends competing and developing a deeper love for the game. Randi showcased her passion for softball by becoming a versatile pitcher, position player, and slap-hitter.

She continued her softball career at St. Norbert College, where she earned a position as the starting shortstop for 4 years. Randi graduated from SNC with a Double Major in Psychology and Communication with an emphasis in Media Studies.

She is a hobbyist at heart and enjoys many things including recreational sports, hunting, camping, live music, and spending time with loved ones. Randi joins ISA with a love of learning and passion for helping others.
